ECR International is transitioning to a new ERP system effective May 4, 2026. This upgrade is designed to incorporate new technologies and improve operational efficiencies so we can better serve you moving forward. During the ERP transition, our Customer Service Department will remain available to assist you; however, there may be periods when only limited information is accessible as system updates are completed.

In addition, ECR's Customer Portal will be unavailable from April 30 through May 12. Please note that the CREATE RMA functionality will resume on May 13, though the remaining functions of the portal will remain under development. A future communication will be sent out when the portal upgrade is completed.
